FrugalMed LLC is an outpatient practice in Milford, Connecticut. We bring primary care, pain management and mental health care together so patients get coordinated care from one team.
Tzipporah Vannorman, PA
Physician Assistant · Pain Management & Suboxone Treatment
Tzipporah evaluates and treats patients with acute and chronic pain, including back and neck pain, joint pain, migraines, nerve pain and injuries from car accidents. She focuses on finding the source of the pain and building a plan that improves function, with careful monitoring at every visit. She also provides office-based Suboxone treatment for opioid use disorder.
George Ramos, NP
Nurse Practitioner · Mental Health
George provides psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders and sleep problems. He works with each patient to set clear goals and adjusts treatment as things change.
