How it works
- Call (203) 878-1006 to book and ask for a video visit.
- We send you a secure link before your appointment.
- At your appointment time, open the link from a private, well-lit place with a good internet connection.
- Have your medications and any readings (blood pressure, blood sugar) nearby.
You need to be physically located in Connecticut during your video visit. Some problems need an in-person exam, and your provider will tell you if that's the case.
Is telemedicine covered?
Most insurance plans we accept, including Medicare, cover video visits. We will confirm your coverage when you book.
