We accept most insurance plans in Connecticut and check your coverage before you come in.

This includes HUSKY Health (HUSKY A, B, C and D). If Medicaid is your primary or secondary coverage, please call before booking so we can talk through your options.

We verify your insurance
We confirm your coverage and let you know about any copay before your visit.
Come prepared
Arrive 15 minutes early and bring the items below.
What to bring
- Photo ID
- Insurance card(s)
- A list of your current medications and doses
- Recent records, test results or imaging reports from other providers
- For accident injuries: your claim number and the insurer's contact details
Payment
Copays and deductibles are due at the time of service. If you have questions about a bill, call our office and we will help.
