What to expect
Your first appointment is a psychiatric evaluation. We talk about what you are experiencing, your health history, current medications and what you want to change. Together we agree on a plan.
Follow-up visits are shorter. We check how you are feeling, review side effects and adjust your treatment. Many follow-ups can be done by video through our telemedicine service.
If you would also benefit from talk therapy, we can refer you to a counselor and coordinate with them.
Common questions
Do you offer therapy or counseling?
Our focus is evaluation and medication management. We refer patients to trusted therapists and work alongside them.
Is my visit confidential?
Yes. Your mental health information is protected under federal privacy law and is shared only as the law allows or with your permission.
Can I be seen if I also have chronic pain?
